I just wanna be a pastry chef but man, why is it so hard!
- I can’t afford pastry school.
- I could train at college but it isn’t considered prestigious and my employment options would be non existant.
- There are no apprenticeships in my area
- I could open my own business but I wouldn’t know where to start and isn’t that impossible in the current “economic climate”?
- Are there any other ways?
